Just A Taste Scavenger Hunt Rules

1. Sign the Accident/Release of Liability Waiver and Media Release Authorization form before the scavenger hunt date.

2. Must be 18 or older to play or must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Four riddles will be released.  It will be your choice which path to take.  The first riddle you choose will lead you to a place in one town.  All riddles will be in that town for one hunt.  Four towns, four hunts, each town’s hunt will be uniquely different.  No town’s hunt will connect to another town.  Going back to the four initial riddles will be necessary to go to the next town.

        a. Games will take anywhere from ~45 minutes to +3 hours to complete in each town.

        b. There will be 3 riddles per town.

4. We do encourage teams when playing.  No more than ten, and no virtual teams/members.  Each team member will need a ticket to play.  This is a Boots on Ground game.  Teams cannot use the same ticket number in two different towns at the same time.

        a. Duplicate ticket number submissions in more than one town at a time will be rejected.

5. When you find a clue, it will be in the form of an object, marker, or building. Select the correct picture on the riddle guide to get your next riddle.

 6. Riddles will NEVER place you on private property.

7. Be respectful of the property where you are searching for the clues.  Most properties will be historical landmarks.

        a. Please do not damage, deface, or destroy public or private property, especially archaeological or historical sites, when searching.

        b. Digging, climbing, or traveling in an unsafe area is not encouraged or required for the scavenger hunt.

        c. Metal detectors should not be used or necessary.

8. Please do not explore restricted, prohibited, or otherwise dangerous locations.

9. All local laws and land management policies apply.

10. When playing you promise to respect other players and structures on public or private property.

        a. Do not harm plant or animal life when searching.

11. You agree that OH, Great Hunt is not liable or responsible for any property that is damaged by you or injuries that occurred to you while playing a Scavenger Hunt hosted by OH, Great Hunt.

12. Ticket holder is responsible for everyone in their party.
